Take Kyo-Dophilus during and after a cycle of medication, when you travel, and every day to boost immunity, promote health intestinal function and general well-being. Lactobacillus bacteria predominantly colonize the upper to lower part of the small intestine, while bifidum and longum colonize primarily the lower part of the small intestine to the large intestine.
